Frosty morn : Sierra wasn't happy with the weather in St. Petersburg Thursday morning.

Now that Floridians are trying to dress for temps in the 30s, we're seeing frost on the grass and bundling up to brave the cold. We're digging into our closets to find sweaters and parkas, scarves and gloves.
