Rick Kelly was a teenager when John and Candy White took him into their home and raised him. Now he's 42, and his adoptive parents are still fostering children. A few years ago, a rambunctious blue-eyed boy named Christian reminded him of himself. Christian had a couple of offers to be adopted, but kept being returned to the foster system - and to the Whites.
