Federal officials are investigating the Pasco County Housing Authority following recent allegations of mismanagement.
Backstory:
A lawsuit against Pasco Housing Authority accuses director of improprieties. The Pasco Housing director says "there is no wrongdoing" at the agency.
Bank of America and the Bullingtons:
After foreclosing on a couple who paid their mortgage early, Bank of America admitted a mistake. Then, the bank and James and Sharon Bullington worked out a way for the couple to keep their home, after a bit of a delay.
On Thursday, after supporters of the Bullingtons cried foul, the country's biggest lender decided to reimburse the legal fees and waive all late fees connected to its error.
