The 9th Annual Tampa Bay International Dragon Boat Races took place in Tampa on Saturday. At the 11th-annual Touch-A-Truck event at Highlander Park in Dunedin on Saturday, April 28, children and adults were invited to explore more than 100 vehicles, including trucks, cars, motorcycles, police and fire rescue equipment, tractors and a Bayflite helicopter. Other activities included a bounce house, pony rides, face painting, crafts, live music, and rescue demonstrations with proceeds benefiting the Dunedin For Youth Scholarship Fund. The St. Anthony's Triathlon includes the main race on Sunday, April 29, and the Meek & Mighty race on Saturday, April 28. The Meek & Mighty race featured three age groups: 15 and older, 11-14, and 7-10. Thousands are expected to converge upon downtown St. Petersburg Sunday morning for the St. Anthony's Triathlon. Several roads will be closed to accommodate the 3,500 competitors and their fans. The race lasts from 6:50 a.m. to 2 p.m. See photos from the event.
