Tropical Storm Fay is continuing on its path toward the Keys and is expected to become a hurricane that hits southwest Florida tomorrow. Locally, the Tampa Bay area could see strong winds and rain Tuesday.

Numerous agencies have canceled meetings and area school districts (Pinellas, Hillsborough and Hernando) announced they won't be open tomorrow.
