Sulphur Springs Elementary is learning that sometimes, when you slip down far enough, you get a fresh start. By following a program created in Harlem that starts with "Baby College" for expectant parents, the school has gone from an F to a B.

Pinellas dropout prevention foresees fewer overage students

To continue boosting graduation rates, the Pinellas school district is taking a closer look at a particular group of at-risk kids: overage students in middle schools.
