Joe DeLuca, a vice president and Tampa publisher of the
St. Petersburg Times, has been named
publisher of tampabay.com. DeLuca will continue his role as publisher of the
Times' Tampa edition and tbt* Tampa Bay Times, the free daily tabloid.
