Tampa Bay Rays' search for new stadium site
Tampa Bays Rays owner Stuart Sternberg announced this afternoon that he will not negotiate with the city of St. Petersburg over a new stadium unless he can also pursue a Hillsborough option, and the story quickly became the most discussed news on tampabay.com.
