Video: Rays owner Stu Sternberg recounts meeting
St. Petersburg Mayor Bill Foster and Tampa Bay Rays owner Stuart Sternberg met behind closed doors at Tropicana Field offices on Tuesday. As he left, though, Sternberg took time to chat with photographer James Borchuck and reporter Michael Van Sickler. Here's what he had to say about attendance and a proposal to bring spring training back to St. Petersburg.
