What should Mayor Foster do first for St. Petersburg?

Bill Foster became the city's 53rd mayor this afternoon in an emotional swearing-in ceremony that also ushered into office St. Petersburg's first openly gay elected official. Foster, 46, replaced Mayor Rick Baker, who was term-limited after nearly nine years at the helm.
"I am honored, I am humbled and I pray we will continue to do the work of the people," Foster said.
