Neilsa Yadira Hernandez took this photo at Sawgrass Lake Park in St. Petersburg last Sunday. "I have never seen a bird this color in my life," she wrote. "Isn't it beautiful?"
Hernandez said she didn't know what kind of bird it was and would love for others to share info if they know.

Judy Thuerk shared this photo of two eagles at "feeding time."
Thuerk took this picture after "Eagle Nest # 20 crashed to the ground. The remaining eaglet reclines in what's left of the nest.
Linda Terrell labeled this picture "Spring! The eagle trees are blooming." She says the nest is north of Tarpon Springs, near the Power Plant.
"The parents are pretty much kicking the kid out of the nest by luring him further and further away," Terrell wrote. "He had the flying down, but landings were rough."
