New Rod Smith TV Ad

Well, Jim Davis may have pulled his TV ads in the wake of Ernesto, but it appears as though the Rod Smith campaign unveiled a new one.

The TV commercial is a three-pack paid for by the Democratic Party and mostly features still pictures of Smith and his family while flashing bits and pieces of newspaper endorsements.

Buzz spotted it Wednesday morning on NBC in West Palm Beach.  A few minutes later, Buzz also spotted commercials touting Ron Klein for U.S. House and later, Katherine Harris, so maybe it's not taboo to run political commercials while a tropical storm is passing.
