Dean: Early primary could mean penalties

On today's "Political Connections" DNC Chair Howard Dean warns that if Florida moves its presidential primary before Feb 5, FL  Dems could lose delegates and any candidate who campaigns in Florida would have to forfeit delegates. Republicans also face potential penalties, but Marco Rubio seems undaunted:

"They have the prerogative to yank delegates but they run the risk of offending (one of) the largest and most important states on the electorate map," said Rubio, suggesting delegates have little influence anyway.
