Details on Obama in Tampa
April 15 is Barack Obama's first Tampa Bay campaign stop, and it includes $2,300-per person fundraiser brunch at the south Tampa home of Norma Gene Lykes and a 2 p.m. $25-per person fundraiser/rally the courtyard of The Cuban Club, 2010 Republica de Cuba Ave, at Palm Ave in Tampa, Ybor City.
“Obama recognizes the importance of being in Tampa Bay early in his campaign,” said Tampa businessman Frank Sanchez, an Obama National Advisory Committee member. “Obama is a refreshing voice of change and brings moral courage and hope to the nation.”
