Gov. Crist: Gimme Five, Lower Taxes

Governor Crist stopped by the Senate Office Building Tuesday morning, peaking his head into a packed General Government Appropriations, where a cable bill will soon be heard. "Just remember, it's the people's money," he said to the chair, Sen. J.D. Alexander and others from the back of the room. "You're doing great work, keep it up."

On his way there, Gov. Crist was spotted in the hallway outside Senate documents, where he stopped briefly to talk with the toddeling son of his Lt.Gov. Jeff Kottkamp. "Gimme five, lower taxes," Crist said. The two-year-old Jackson happily obliged with a giggle.
