The Herald's stringer in Tel Aviv

As any careful reader knows by now, the St. Petersburg Times and The Palm Beach Post were the only Florida news organizations that sent reporters to cover Gov. Charlie Crist's trip to Israel. But The Miami Herald still found an enterprising way to get a little coverage.

Rep. Dan Gelber, D-Miami Beach, fed observations and digital photos that the Herald put on its blog -- which, for obvious reasons, we will not provide a link to. There are limits. When Gelber gets back to Tallahassee, don't be surprised if he applies for press credentials.
