At least that's the implication from his quote today in the Concord Monitor after he filed to run in the Granite state: "Thompson made a "solid commitment" to support New Hampshire's first-place status, but he said he would not interfere with the Republican National Committee, which is poised to strip New Hampshireof half its convention delegates if the state holds it primary before Feb. 5."

Mitt Romney, remember, is already clearly on record promising he'll push to seat all of Florida's Republican delegates to the national convention in St. Paul.
