Hometown Democracy sues to get on ballot

Florida Hometown Democracy has filed a federal lawsuit in the Southern District of Florida seeking the "proper certification of ballot status for the Hometown Democracy constitutional amendment."

They're seeking to get on the November 2008 ballot through an injunction. The group says they've collected more than 820,000 signatures.
