McCain getting religion in Orlando

A week after he last visited Florida, John McCain is headed back.

The presumptive Republican presidential nominee is scheduled to arrive in Orlando Friday evening and the Buzz is he will drop by a meeting of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops. The Bishops are taking up several topics during their spring gathering, including embryonic stem cell research.

McCain's campaign was touting Catholic support earlier this year. The Obama campaign, meanwhile, is launching an effort to siphon off some of the GOP's traditional support among Evangelicals and Catholics.
