Crist interviewed justice candidates

Gov. Charlie Crist interviewed the three finalists for the Florida Supreme Court earlier today, although it wasn't on his public schedule.

The finalists are for Justice Kenneth Bell's seat, and they must reside within the 1st District Court of Appeal area. They are: 1st DCA Judge Ricky L. Polston, 52, Tallahassee; 1st DCA Judge Peter D. Webster, 59, Tallahassee; and 4th Circuit Judge Waddell A. Wallace, Jacksonville.

Webster and Wallace have been finalists before for the job, which pays $161,200. It's unclear when Crist will make a decision.
