A 9/22-23 Feldman Group poll for Christine Jennings in CD 13 has incumbent Vern Buchanan, R-Sarasota with 44% support and Democrat Jennings with 40%. "The current economic environment likely adds to voters concerns about allegations of Buchanan’s questionable business record. The more voters learn about his past, the less they support his congressional candidacy. This contest has become too close to call with atmospherics that favor Jennings,'' the Democratic pollster said in memo. The poll did not include NPA candidate Jan Schneider as far as we can tell.
