McCain's diving buddy
U.S. Sen. John McCain will make his acceptance speech tonight, and for David Paul Horan, it's personal. Horan, 65, is a Key West lawyer and a longtime diving buddy of McCain's. Horan has been waiting for this moment for a long time. Read about it here.
