State Farm to give refunds

State Farm Florida is giving back to some 98,000 policyholders about $120-million in refunds in unpaid discounts to those who hardened their homes against hurricanes. The refunds will be credited to the renewal premium for those renewing policyholders. Or the company will issue a check to those policyholders it is dropping.
