Crist shooting TV commercial for McCain
UPDATE 3:10 p.m.: Crist said he wasn't yet sure what the commercial will focus on but it'll be shot this evening. He said he will spend the day tomorrow with McCain. Also, Crist will be at a fundraiser tonight at the home of lobbyist Rodney Barreto.
Gov. Charlie Crist is headed to Miami today to shoot a TV commercial for John McCain, the Buzz has learned from three sources.
The spot is to be rushed onto air, with one week remaining before Election Day. It could dampen criticism that Crist has not done enough for McCain or that McCain has not utilized the popular (and telegenic) governor enough.
The question is, What took so long?
