Crist plan not enough, Democratic lawmaker says

State Rep. Scott Randolph, a second-term Democrat from Orlando, wants the governor's office to release a list of every bank that has agreed in writing to stop foreclosing on properties for the next 45 days. Randolph's office released a summary of an interview with WKMG in which he said the Crist plan is "rather vague promises made by unspecified lenders. Forty-five days is not a long enough moratorium; it doesn't include those families already in foreclosure; and today's press conference left Floridians wondering if their bank is even included in the offer."

"'Show Us the Details,'" Randolph's press release headlined. It also noted that the Crist plan only affects homeowners facing foreclosure from today (Dec. 1) forward.
