Darryl Rouson's war on bongs and crack pipes

State Rep. Darryl Rouson, D-St. Petersburg, is a former drug addict. He's not ashamed to say that.

So when he showed up to the Capitol yesterday with a construction hat adorned with a bong and smoking pipes, he was trying to call attention to a long-running crusade. His attempt to increase taxes on sales of drug paraphanelia failed this year, but said he'll keep trying.
