5 Questions for Marco Rubio: Waffle City on SunRail

He voted for an earlier version of the SunRail/CSX deal, and his "100 ideas" book praises the great job-creation potential for expanding rail in Florida. But now that he's a U.S. Senate candidate, Marco Rubio is incapable of answering - yes or no? - whether Florida lawmakers should pass the nearly $1-bill rail proposal dominating Florida political agenda lately. Instead he talks about cost benefit analyses and how "everything is done in the context of the monents in which you're living."

Said Andrea Saul of the Charlie Crist campaign: "While Marco Rubio hedges his bets on SunRail, Gov. Crist and the Florida Legislature are focused on creating much needed jobs in central Florida. Florida deserves leaders who will fight to create jobs for Floridians, not those who will turn their backs during these challenging economic times."
