Top Republicans 'salute' Bill Young with fundraiser

Younginvite The House Republican Conference is honoring Rep. C.W. Bill Young with a fundraiser Wednesday in Washington.

First elected in 1970, the 79-year-old Pinellas County lawmaker is the longest serving Republican in either the House or Senate. He recently said he will run for re-election, putting to rest the latest round of retirement speculation.
