Nelson, LeMieux to split vote on Kagan

Elena_kagan The Senate this week is expected to vote on Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan and she has enough support for confirmation. Florida lawmakers are splitting their votes.

Republican Sen. George LeMieux says he'll oppose her; Democratic Sen. Bill Nelson will vote for her. Both lawmakers spoke to the Buzz on Tuesday.

About five Republicans, including Sen. Lindsey Graham and Olympia Snowe, have said they will support Kagan.
