Alex Sink: Extend the Bush tax cuts

Palm Beach Post: DELRAY BEACH — Democratic governor candidate Alex Sink, who visited a roofing business here to tout alternative energy, broke with President Obama and others in her party today by calling for an extension of all the 2001 and 2003 Republican tax cuts that are set to expire at the end of this year.

“I support the extension of the Bush tax cuts because to let them expire is going to hurt our ability to get people back to work,” Sink said. “We need to do everything we can to put people back to work. So that’s why I support the extension of the Bush tax cuts.”
