Clinton and Trump's TV ad war hits $115 million in Florida
Presidential TV ad spending in Florida has climbed past $115 million, an almost entirely negative stream of messages from Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, who are fighting for the state’s 29 electoral votes down to the final moments.
Clinton and her Democratic allies have spent $77.2 million, while team Trump has spent $38.2 million, according to ad tracking data from NBC News.
No other state comes close. Ohio is second with a combined $65.4 million. North Carolina, $48.4 million. Pennsylvania, $44.1 million.
