Clinton's new Florida ad: You didn't make that in America, Donald
With Donald Trump visiting Florida today, Hillary Clinton's campaign is going up with a new ad showing Trump acknowledging to David Letterman that his menswear is made in China and other countries.
The statewide ad is designed to highlight Trump's "record of outsourcing," the campaign said.
"Trump manufactures products in at least 12 foreign countries, rather than here in the United States -- a practice at odds with his vows to make America great."
The 30-second spot will begin in Florida and other battlegrounds this week, according to the campaign.
Trump will be in Daytona Beach this afternoon and Jacksonville in the evening. He arrives in the must-win state in a cloud of self-made controversy that has some Republicans starting to worry about an implosion.
If Trump is serious about "making America great again," he should start by making his products in America.https://t.co/1VVoUbgAn3— Hillary Clinton (@HillaryClinton) August 3, 2016
