Adam Putnam sets fundraising record
Adam Putnam’s campaign for Commissioner of Agriculture announced it has raised $280K in the first quarter of 2010, and now has $1.2-million on hand. No candidate for ag commissioner has raised that much money.
“I am encouraged by the amount of support our campaign has received, especially in light of the economic situation Florida faces, and I’m grateful so many Floridians support our efforts,” Putnam said. “Small businesses, farmers, ranchers and all citizens see that the stakes have seldom been higher in fighting for our nation’s future. They are fully engaged in bringing strong leadership to Florida’s Cabinet. Florida faces serious challenges in the years ahead and I’m the candidate seeking this office who knows that home grown food equals home grown jobs.
