America, get ready for Webster vs. Grayson

Websterheadshot Dan Webster, left, won the Republican primary for Florida's 8th Congressional district and will take on Democratic incumbent Alan Grayson of Orlando, an unabashed liberal who has the resources to mount a strong defense.

The race could be one of the most-watched in the country, partly because it factors into the overall GOP game plan to take back the House (and the seat it lost to Grayson in 2008) and partly because Grayson's blunt talking ways have made him a cable TV favorite.

A wrap of other top House races here.

No big surprises, but Rep. Allen Boyd had to fight off Al Lawson in the Democratic primary for CD 2, and as of midnight, incumbent Rep. Suzanne Kosmas still did not know which Republican she would face. It was down to Sandy Adams and Karen Diebel in the CD 24 primary. UPDATE: Adams is the winner.
