Applause, but no celebration
During a White House meeting with President Bush, Gov. Jeb Bush and six other governors broke into applause after hearing about the death of al-Qaida leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi.
But Jeb said his brother was not celebrating during the meeting in the Roosevelt Room.
"The president was matter-of-fact," the governor said of his brother. "I didn't get a sense that this was a time of celebration for the president."
The governor added that, "Whenever I've talked to him or heard him speak about Iraq...there is just a sense of purpose and resolve that is awe-inspiring."
