BP claims czar Kenneth Feinberg will meet with Charlie Crist
UPDATE: Schedule clashes prevented a meeting this week; next week likely.
Kenneth Feinberg, the man President Obama has appointed to administer the $20 billion claims fund provided by BP, plans to meet this week with Gov. Charlie Crist as he explores ways to carry out the complex process.
A spokeswoman said a day is not set, but Feinberg expects to be in Florida this week. Feinberg, who oversaw the compensation fund for 9/11 victims, has already met with other gulf state governors. He is seeking input on how to structure the fund and what the priorities should be, not necessarily an easy task.
