Budget bottom-lines: 4,492 jobs eliminated, $69.7b in spending

The Legislature's final budget weighs in at 406 pages and $69.7 billion in spending. While lawmakers might call it a "jobs budget," it eliminates nearly 4,500 of them at the state level.
