Rep. Rachel Burgin, R-Riverview, is casting the GOP primary race in Senate District 24 as a classic insider vs. outsider battle in a new TV ad. Burgin, who is running against former Senate president Tom Lee says the Tallahassee power brokers have "already picked their guy."

The ad, which is a series of still images, says Burgin wants to fight fraud and protect family values if elected to the Florida Senate.

It closes with a picture of Burgin with U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio. Rubio hasn't endorsed a candidate in the race as far as we know.
