In the race to succeed Jim Davis in Congress, we have a rarity: a candidate actually owning up to removing someone else's campaign signs. In this case the signs came from anti-Castro activist Ralph Fernandez: "Give Fidel Castro a Voice in the U.S. Congress. Vote Al Fox. Paid for by Ralph E. Fernandez, registered Democrat since 1973." Just as soon as they appeared, they began disappearing.

Fox removed them without apology: "When I see garbage on public property, I usually pick it up and throw it in the wastebasket," he said. More here
