Democratic agriculture commissioner candidate Eric Copeland has started airing TV spots on Broward and Miami-Dade cable markets. The spots ($12,000 worth for six weeks) tout Copeland's commitment to consumers, hammer incumbent Charlie Bronson over the state's canker program, and take aim at rising insurance and telephone rates.
