Crist wants redo on Seminole gaming
Gov. Charlie Crist has asked the Florida Supreme Court for a rehearing on its decision that would prevent the governor from negotiating a gambling deal with the tribes. "The court has misapprehended longstanding jurisdictional principles, and dramatically expanded its own jurisdiction," according to the request for a rehearing.
