The Times today looks at the finances of Democratic gubernatorial candidates Jim Davis and Rod Smith neither of whom plays the stock market. "Plane Jane" is how one accountant described the financial picture of Davis, an old money product of south Tampa who lives off his Congressional salary. Smith meanwhile puts all his money into real estate.
