Former Crist donors help LeMieux in Pensacola
He may have disavowed Charlie Crist politically, but George LeMieux is getting some help from some of Crist's past campaign donors today in Pensacola. Records show the hosts of the fundraiser at the Fish House contributed to Crist's failed U.S. Senate bid.
LeMieux, who still advertises himself as a U.S. Senator, has been on a fundraising tear, sources say, as he seeks to the Republican nomination for Senate.
