We've blogged most of these names before, but fyi: "McLean, VA- The Thompson campaign announced today the addition of several experienced political veterans who will help lead Thompson's Florida operation. Under the direction of Andy Palmer, former Executive Dir ector of the Republican Party of Florida, now serving as lead Florida consultant and advisor to the campaign, and Todd Thomson, Executive Director of the Florida campaign, will be Brandi Brown, Political Director; Katie Gordon and Jenny Robertson, who will be organizing Florida communications and political efforts; and Tim Buckley, Carlos Curbelo, Danny Lopez, Roy Schultheis and Jonathan Menendez, who will be serving as local staff deployed throughout the state. Additionally, Senator Thompson's national campaign's political and communications departments are led by two veterans of Florida politics, Randy Enwright and Todd Harris. "

"Andy Palmer, who will be serving as an advisor to the campaign, is the newest member of the Enwright Consulting Group. Prior to joining the firm he served as the Executive Director of the Republican Party of Florida between February 2005 and June 2006, overseeing a successful 2006 Election Cycle that was highlighted by the election of Republican Governor Charlie Crist. As Executive Director, Andy was responsible for overseeing all Republican Party operations, including fundraising, voter contact programs, communications and grassroots organization.
Prior to joining the RPOF, Andy was the Republican National Committee's 72 Hour Director for Florida during the 2004 presidential election and was responsible for coordinating statewide volunteer efforts to re-elect President George W. Bush. Andy also served in Governor Jeb Bush's administration as a chief policy analyst for health and human services and has held a number of positions in the Florida Legislature, including serving as the Staff Director for the House Health Care Regulation Committee.
Todd Thomson, who will be the Thompson campaign's Executive Director in Florida, served on the Redistricting Committee of the Florida House of Representatives for six sessions. Beginning as an analyst in 1997, he worked his way up to staff director in 1999 and served in that capacity through the 2002 cycle. For the past four years, he has been specializing in legislative campaigns and issue advocacy at the Enwright Consulting Group. Todd began his political career working as a staffer for House Campaigns at the Republican Party of Florida during the 1996 election cycle.
Brandi Brown, who will be Political Director, held positions in Governor Jeb Bush's '98 gubernatorial campaign and the Bush-Cheney '04 re-elect campaign in Florida. Additionally, she served in Governor Bush's office as Director of External Affairs and as Deputy Chief of Staff at the Agency for Health Care Administration. She is currently the president of a Tallahassee-based event planning company.
Katie Gordon, who will be organizing Floridacommunications and political efforts with Palmer, Thomson and Brown, most recently served as Governor Charlie Crist's speechwriter. Gordon worked as a press aide for the Republican Party of Florida and the Crist Transition Team.
Jenny Robertson, who recently relocated to Florida from Columbus, Ohio, will assist Brandi Brown with field operations and volunteer organization. She worked as a legislative aide for a member of the Ohio Senate and also as a governmental consultant for a state trade association and later for a non-profit organization.

Tim Buckley has served as a lead strategic consultant for many municipal, state and national elections, non-profit organizations and corporations.
A veteran of political campaigns, he has with numerous candidates including Senator Lamar Alexander (R-TN), Governor Jeb Bush (R-FL), Senator Bob Dole (R-KS), Congressman Bill Zeliff (R-NH), and State Senator Jane Amero (R-ME). While serving as NH State Director of the Alexander for President campaign, his reputation as a skilled organizer was been recognized and reported by the national media. In addition, Buckley formed the Opinion Management Group in January of 2001, working with Fortune 500 companies and numerous associations.
Miami-DadeCountyand South Florida
Carlos Curbelo, Danny Lopezand Roy Schultheis, managing partners of the firm Capitol Gains, will be leading Senator Thompson's efforts in South Florida and among the Hispanic communities throughout the state. Curbelo and Lopez coordinated Governor Charlie Crist's South Florida campai gn, and have worked with Representatives Lincoln and Mario Diaz-Balart. They will advise the campaign on media strategy and issues of significance to Florida's Hispanic population.
Jonathan Menendez, a recent graduate of FloridaStateUniversity, has worked in Governor Jeb Bush's Appointment Office, the State Board of Administration, and as a manager in a local construction and engineering firm.
In addition to the Florida-based staff, Jeff Sadosky, former Republican Party of Florida Communications Director who is serving as Spokesman for Senator Thompson's national campaign, will be responsible for the campaign's communications efforts in the state. Prior to his work during the '06 campaign cycle with the Republican Party of Florida, Sadosky served as Regional Communications Coordinator for Bush-Cheney '04 and as Press Secretary for U.S. Senator Mike DeWine (R-OH).
