...can be a big help when you're running for governor.
Gov. Jeb Bush has agreed to cancel the Oct. 31 Cabinet meeting to allow Attorney General and fellow Republican Charlie Crist to stay on the campaign trail a week before the Nov. 7 election. No complaints from the rest of the All-Republican Cabinet, including Agriculture Commissioner Charles Bronson who is up for re-election.
Bush said it was a no-brainer, "If there was a conjested agenda, if we weren’t going to be able to do our job, I’d say, 'Look you adjust your schedule.' But everything is going well."
That leaves just two more scheduled Cabinet meetings, in November and December, before January's inauguration.
