His campaign won't say what the subject is, but Tom Gallagher has called a press conference for 10 a.m. Thursday at Orlando's Portofino Hotel, where Gallagher is scheduled to speak later as part of incoming House Speaker Marco Rubio's 100 ideas program. "Wouldn't you like to know?," Gallagher quipped at a campaign event when asked what the press conference was about, which leaves Buzz and most others wondering...Is the CFO planning to bow out of the race?
