St. Petersburg will host a two-hour nationally televised Republican presidential primary debate Sept. 17. The debate will be televised on CNN and moderated by Anderson Cooper in conjunction with the Web site YouTube. Details of the debate are still emerging.

YouTube is billing it as your chance to be heard.

"I think in an odd way, this is the most democratic of all possible structures," said Dave Bohrman, Washington D.C. bureau chief for CNN. "I mean everyone in the country at this moment has a chance of having a question asked of someone who very possibly be the next president."
