Grayson goes down ... so does Kosmas ... and Boyd ... and Klein

November

alan_grayson_ap.jpgAlan Grayson, the provacative liberal from Orlando who became a national target for Republicans, has lost his re-election bid. Early returns showed Republican Dan Webster trouncing Grayson, a sign of how things could go tonight for Florida's vulnerable congressional Democrats.

The first to go down was Congresswoman Suzanne Kosmas of New Smyrna Beach, who will be replaced by Republican Sandy Adams.

UPDATE: Rep. Allen Boyd, a 7-term conservative Democrat from North Florida, has also lost. He'll be replaced by Republican Steve Southerland. And finally, Rep. Ron Klein, D-Boca Raton, was ousted by tea party favorite Allen West.
