Grover Norquist to be celebrated in Tampa
Grover Norquist, the man who invented the Taxpayer Protection Pledge, will he honored at an RNC reception Aug. 27, organizers say.
The event will be held in Liberty Plaza from 4 to 8 p.m., according to Frontiers of Freedom. Norquist will make remarks along with radio host Janine Turner, Institute for Liberty president Andrew Langer, Frontiers of Freedom president George Landrith. Norquist will also speak.
