Haridopolos supports Innocence Commission

"I appreciate the crucial role our judicial system plays in our society," Haridopolos, R-Indialantic, wrote to Chief Justice Peggy Quince. "However no system is perfect and an Innocence Commission would allow the state to ensure Florida is not imprisoning innocent citizens."
Haridopolos says "will to all it can" to create such a panel and that Florida could use the model pioneered by North Carolina. (Read the full letter here: Download Haridopolos_Letter_to_CJ_Quince )
